1. First, use the multimeter side resistance. Of the three wires coming out of the motor of the electric hoist, one is the common terminal wire, and the other two are the incoming wires of the winding. (If the main and auxiliary windings are not divided, the resistances of the incoming wire and the common terminal of the two windings are the same. If the main and auxiliary windings are divided, the resistance of the main winding and the common terminal is greater than the resistance of the secondary winding and the common terminal).

2. Judging the main and auxiliary windings, look at the number of wires in the motor of the electric hoist to determine, divide the main and auxiliary windings and if it is required to be forward and reverse, the number of wires coming out of the motor is at least 4, if it is 3, it can be judged as The main and auxiliary windings are not divided.
3. The wiring of the electric hoist is mainly the operation of the hoist body and the handle. Under normal circumstances, there are six buttons on the operating handle, which are red, green and four direction keys. In the place where the main body of the hoist and the handle are connected, the wiring can be done according to the color corresponding to the wire.
