Requirements for safe operation of cranes for mine:
1. When the driver takes over the shift, the brakes, cranes, wire ropes and safety devices of the crane for mine should be checked, and if the performance is found to be abnormal, they should be eliminated before operation;
2. Before driving, you must ring the bell or alarm, and when you approach people during operation, you should also give intermittent bells or alarm;
3. The operation should be carried out according to the command signal, and the emergency stop signal should be executed immediately no matter who issues it;
4. When there is no one on or around the crane for mine, the main power supply of the platform can be turned off. If there is a lock or a sign on the power circuit breaker, the main power supply should be removed by the relevant personnel;
5. Before closing the main power supply, all puller handles should be placed in the zero position;

6. When there is a sudden power failure during work, all controller handles should be pulled back to the zero position. Before restarting work, check whether the crane for mine moves normally;
7. For cranes for mine operating in the open air on the track, when the work is over, the crane for mine should be anchored. When the wind is greater than level 6, the work should generally be stopped and the crane should be anchored. For gantry cranes and other cranes working on the coast, when the wind force is greater than level 7, the work should be stopped and the crane should be anchored;
8. When the driver performs maintenance, the main power supply should be cut off and a warning sign or lock should be hung up. If there is a fault that has not been eliminated, the driver should be notified.
