Safety requirements for operating a crane for Industry:
1. The command signal should be clear and comply with the regulations;
2. When hanging, the angle between the hanging ropes should be less than 120 degrees to avoid excessive force on the hanging ropes;
3. The edges and corners where the rope and chain pass should be padded;
4. When commanding the object to turn over, the center of gravity should be changed smoothly, and no action beyond the command's intention should be produced;
5. When entering under the suspended heavy object, contact the driver first and set up a straight support device;
6. When multiple people are tied up, one person should be in charge of the command.
Requirements for safety inspection and inspection cycle：
The following conditions should be qualified by the crane inspection according to the relevant standards:
1. Cranes for Industry in normal operation shall be inspected every two years;
2. Cranes for Industry that have been overhauled, newly installed and remodeled shall be inspected before being delivered for use;
3.Cranes for Industry that have been idle for more than one year shall be inspected before being reused;
4. After storms, earthquakes and major accidents, cranes for Industry that may damage the strength, stiffness, stability of components and the importance of the mechanism should be inspected.
