European type electric wire rope hoists are commonly used in monorail cranes, jib cranes and manual single beam cranes. They are widely used in factories because of their simple structure, convenient manufacturing and maintenance, good interchangeability and easy operation. If its safety device is incomplete and improperly used, it will cause casualties. Therefore, the operators of European type electric wire rope hoists must strictly abide by the following operating regulations in addition to the required training and certified operation:

(1) Before starting the European type electric wire rope hoist, carefully check whether the mechanical, electrical, wire rope, hook, limiter, etc. of the equipment are in good condition and reliable.
(2) Overload lifting is not allowed. When lifting, do not hold your hand between the rope and the object. When the hanging object rises, be careful not to hit the top.
(3) The European type electric wire rope hoist must comply with the safety operation rules of the hook hoist when lifting objects. When bundling, it should be firm, and pads should be provided at the sharp corners of the object for protection.
(4) Use the electric switch of the tow line to start, and the insulation must be good. Press the button correctly, and pay attention to the standing position when operating.
(5) When the European type electric wire rope hoist is at the turn of the track or near the end of the track, it must run at a reduced speed.
(6) All electric wire rope hoists with operating rooms must be operated by special personnel and strictly abide by the safety operation rules.
