The control circuit adopts AC 36V voltage, which is provided by a 380V to 36V transformer. If the control circuit does not have 36V voltage, it is necessary to check whether it is the problem of the transformer;

The electric hoist is controlled by the handle button switch, which is prone to the problem that the connection between the handle and the electrical box is broken or the button fails. When there is no response when the button is pressed, first check whether the button is damaged or the connection is disconnected. From the actual maintenance point of view, the problem of open circuit of the handle line is more common.
For the electric hoist rising contactor that does not act, in addition to checking the button switch and handle line, for the limiter or the rising limit switch, also check whether there are any problems in these two places.
